Women in Localization
The Women in Localization Mentorship Program pairs experienced localization professionals with those seeking career guidance in the localization industry. This program is flexible and personalized to accommodate the unique needs, goals, and preferences of the mentor and those being mentored.
Seven months after launch using the new algorithm driven matching process the program reached a new milestone with 86 mentors and 208 mentees.

La Trobe University
The Career Ready Industry Mentoring Program offers La Trobe University students a unique opportunity to connect with industry professionals in a 12-week mentoring relationship. Using the software’s matching algorithm, students are paired with mentors based on shared interests, education, and career aspirations. Mentors and mentees are encouraged to discuss employability goals, career pathways, industry trends, day-in-the-life insights, professional development, essential skills etc. The outcome is a significant boost in students’ skills, knowledge, and confidence as they prepare to enter the workforce, while mentors benefit from the rewarding experience of nurturing future talent and strengthening their leadership capabilities. In 2024, the program saw an impressive 57% growth, with 602 students successfully paired with industry professionals for mentorship.
University of Western Australia
Career Mentor Link and Women in Engineering are career mentoring programs that match professionals (mentors) with UWA students (mentees). The programs give students access to real world insights from industry professionals who are interested in helping develop young people’s careers.
The program has been running at UWA for over six years and is open to undergraduate students who have completed at least one year of study and all postgraduate students. Women in Engineering is a specialist program dedicated to Female Engineering students.
Beedie Luminaries – Canada
The Beedie Luminaries Scholarship Foundation utilizes MentorEase to match volunteer mentors with their scholarship recipients during their post-secondary journey. Our unique algorithm helps create the best mentor/mentee matches for these students. This BC-based scholarship program is for students with potential but who are facing financial adversity. In addition to the scholarship funding, they provide additional support including mentorship, to give promising students in the province of British Columbia in Canada the opportunity to advance their education, achieve their dreams, and inspire others.
